Visit from UK

So inspired after todays visit!

We recently received an inquiry from Vestland fylke on behalf of Community Trad Hub in the UK - and today we had the pleasure of welcoming them to Springbrett for ungdom.

We shared a Powerpoint presentation about our work, and had a meaningful, engaging conversations about how we support young people.

Community Trad Hub works with young people under 16 who, for different reasons. have fallen outside the traditional school system og struggle to find their place in it. Through practical training and a strong focus on life skills, they help youth gain real experience and competence that prepares them for working life - even without a traditional academic pathway. They also offer oppertunities for students who are still in school but want more hands.on, practical learning. (In the UK, vocationtal schools are far less commin than in Norway, as most education is academically oriented).

We see many shared values in how we work - especially the belief that practical learning, mastery, and life skills can open new doors for young people.
